THE PROJECT
HP OMEN Photoshoot:
Social Posts and Launch Assets

OMEN, the gaming division of HP, had recently undergone a repositioning of its brand — a departure from the competition. They turned to us to capture the "lifestyle" imagery to support the launch of 5 new gaming laptops and 5 new gaming monitors in the essence of their campaign line, “Choose Fun.” And we delivered a surreal library of 32 final images to be used across social, retail and everywhere in between.
THE STRATEGY
Through the Gaming Lens
For a new generation, the line between reality and gaming isn’t just blurred, it’s been erased. The game is now everywhere. And the game doesn’t end when they hit Ctrl-Q. It’s how they think about college. Their career. Their relationships. Their physical and digital life. It’s how they see the world.
OMEN makes machines with everything you need to play life, and nothing you don’t. So whether you’re playing college, playing TikTok, or playing Fall Guys. Life is an amusement park, and OMEN is your ticket.
PRE-PRODUCTION
The Game Plan
Redefining a visual identity and targeting an entire generation is no easy task. And it was made even more challenging when we were given a rushed production schedule that was less than half of our standard timeline.
We started thinking, planning, and moving. Fast.
We began creating our characters, designing the levels, and infusing a sense of surreality between the world of gaming and the everyday.

PRODUCTION
Building the World
HP asked us to shoot as much practically as possible. So we created 4 unique sets and brought them to life in a studio where we could capture 32 unique shots. In 2 days.
